He not only texted my husband the issues, but he also took a short video, showing the problems. Any time we contacted him, he always contacted us right back. Great communication! The cart runs great! He did a wonderful job and now it runs smooth and we don't hear all the noises we did before. His prices are fair and you won't find any better workmanship than Pinnacle. “Delivered here on a Tuesday. I actually parked overnight in one of their docks. I had a 7am appt and they knocked on my window at 6am. The guy was super friendly and they unloaded me in 15 mins. They also let me go back to sleep and sit because there were no other trucks scheduled to come. The closest truck stop was 50 mins away in Dunn Nc. They were super fast and super friendly.”

I went to a local florist and they did not preserve flowers but gave me a card to these lovely people. I think it was the same day the owner was able to meet me to pick up the flowers. I work a 9-5 and don’t go anywhere near that part of nc. Luckily she met me after work and we did the exchange. The process was easy and took a while which is expected, she explained everything about how flower preservation works. It’s a family business and the flowers turned out amazing!
