“I am very glad I found ABJ Roofing. They just finished my new roof replacing a very old in poor condition roof. They worked in very hot weather, were careful of all areas surrounding the house, plants, shrubs, trees, deck, patio, ac and decor. They finished as promised and repaired a defective piece of trim as well as a short section of gutter and a gutter guard as well. “I went there for an assessment on my vehicle because I was hearing a strange noise. Like most people I know little to nothing about cars except where the gas goes so I went in with a little bit of apprehension thinking what could they find and what could they charge me with. The owner Marcus greeted me promptly and kindly. After thoughtfully listening to my concerns he had a technician test drive it. The tech did not hear the mystery noise that I heard and after putting it up on the lift thought it might be the struts. Marcus gave me the pricing for the struts but before he began work he said let me take it for a test drive myself. He also didn't hear the noise and after looking under my car a second time didn't think any repairs were necessary. He could have easily had me replace those struts and gotten a $500 job. How would I have known the difference? What he got instead is a life long customer plus referrals.”

“I moved here last July and I've really enjoyed living here. The maintenance folks are exceptional. I've only placed a couple requests but each time someone came by within 24 hours and everything was fixed the same or next day. The maintenance folks are really friendly too. I feel like both the office and maintenance staff have taken COVID seriously, and they always make sure to wear their masks. The complex is also very dog friendly and my dog has really enjoyed playing with other dogs at the bark park. Having Lake Johnson within walking distance is a great benefit too.”

I wish they would have kept the name but the new tenant is smart and has adapted a unique inventory of different items from.hookah tabacco to pipes, drinks and scratch off tickets, etc. Even have CBD flower and kratom. A go to when I need a quick drink or snack. They have so many different items here unlike your traditional gas stations. Amazing staff, super friendly! Amazing how they fan fit such a multitude of products in such a condensed space.”
