“Dr. Kelley is a true caring, compassionate doctor. He always puts me at ease and remembers things I have said to him from previous visits. There aren't many left who truly love their job and it really shows by his upmost respect and care for my health. I feel like he knows exactly what is going on or he will run tests to find out what would be the very best next step. I truly love this man and my wife and I consider him a friend.”

“Had a great selection but prices were in the clouds. Employees were chill and willing to help and they layout made it easy to see what sizes they had. Awesome supreme selection but as I mentioned before, high prices way above goat/StockX value. Had fun looking while I was in town though.”

“I've had amazing service from Mike D's Washer & Dryer repair twice now - the first time he repaired my approximately 12 -15 year old dryer for under $100 & that included the part. That same dryer was still going a year or two later when I passed it to a friend. Later, I bought a house that included a dryer - and again called in Mike D's when it stopped working. For around $120, he came to my house twice (to diagnose & then to go get & come back install the parts) - requiring removing the entire back & drum, replacing 2 parts - it wasn't a super quick easy repair. I never had an issue for the 3 years up until I sold my house. He's extremely knowledgeable - knows right away what the issue is & has always come on time, quickly & even on busy weekends. As a single female I've been taken advantage of many times by various repair/ service workers - so was so grateful to have found someone I could trust. I highly recommend this business.”

“Wonderful shop. I was having issues with my vehicle and had them diagnose it. Unfortunately it wasn't something they could fix at a worthwhile cost (reman transmissions for an older vehicle from Honda are expensive). However they only charged me for half an hour. Do note that the parking lot is small and appointments are highly recommended.”

“My partner and I came here for a dance lesson before our wedding and it was so much fun! We have no idea how to dance and were not going to have a first dance but decided to have a lesson and then decide. The lesson was so much fun and we are now excited for this part of the night! Debbie was amazing. So patient and friendly. She made the whole experience a lot of fun and made us feel comfortable. I could not recommend her enough.”

“My family moved from Los Angeles, CA to Raleigh, NC. We rented one (8x16) container. Here was our experience: Pros: Customer service was exceptional every step of the way through this process. We were probably very difficult customers because after making our reservations and setting up all of our delivery/pick up dates, we had a death in the family and had to change everything at the last minute. We never had any challenges with making the changes and every time our unit arrived when scheduled. Every customer service rep we spoke to was polite and helpful along the way. We actually had the unit delivered to our CA house, then sent to local storage in CA, then delivered back to our CA house, then transported cross country, then sent to storage in our new state NC, then delivered to our new NC house and final destination-WOW we were complicated!! Pricing was reasonable. Moving is expensive no matter what. I did my research and they weren't the cheapest, but I had two other friends use this company in 2020 for cross country moves and I knew that they were priced fair and the service justified the pricing too. Cross-country Delivery. We were given a 7-10 business day delivery window for the unit. I called on the 6th business day just to get an updated of when they expected to arrive and turned out they were arriving that very day! We were thrilled to have access to our belongings even earlier than planned. I do feel that many of the scheduling complaints I read could have been avoided. Moving is a logistical challenge and I think it's my responsibility to double check each step along the way. I always confirmed with the company at least 48 hours before the pick-up, I triple checked the schedule for the cross country trip and I called the before day of expected arrival. By taking that initiative, I was always confident that everything was going according to plan and the company met our expectations 100% of the time. Cons: Weight Limits: this is one area that is really unclear during the sales process and could potentially result in expensive changes needing to be made. The unit itself when empty is 2,000lbs. You are allowed to add an additional 6,000 lbs into the unit to reach a total of 8,000lbs. If you exceed that amount the first issue is that the companies trucks can't safely lift the unit onto their flatbeds. That puts the driver and your possessions at risk. Secondly, if the truck is able to lift your unit, there will be additional weight fees associated. Keep in mind the company will ultimately have to pay fees themselves for carrying the additional weight when they go through mandatory weigh stations along the highways so it's fair that the cost gets past along to us the customer. The biggest challenge is that there is simply no way of knowing how heavy your unit is until it's being lifted. There is actually a scale on the back of the truck, so feel free to ask to see the actual weight when raised. Best way to guestimate is the sales person describes the unit holding a standard amount of space and then they breakdown what should be able to fit. Don't jam pack your unit with heavy furniture then act surprised when it weighs over. Overall I would definitely recommend this company and use them again! Good luck”

“This is a great place even if you can’t make it every day. I’m especially impressed with the front desk staff who make it a point to say hello upon visiting & most times acknowledging you leaving. They also do a fantastic job of cleaning the machines as well as general cleaning of the building. Kudos to all your employees who do an amazing job & will continue to support the Holly Springs PF location. Keep up the fabulous work.”
