On this particular delivery, the crew was delivering 70 sheets at a residential property, through a 50' casement window and delivered down a narrow hallway into an attic I am prepping for renovation. The crew on the job, LeRon and Tyler both represented Colonial Materials with professionalism and class. They worked at a steady pace, respected the home and were very kind, personable people. They left the home in immaculate condition, without even a dent on the window or walls. Overall, just an exceptional execution. I'd recommend requesting Tyler and LeRon for your delivery - they did excellent in all aspects of the job - operating crane truck, boom lift and product. “This is the most interesting and diverse dessert bakery in the triangle that I have been to. Croissants and different types of donuts all with various fillings available. Cakes, cupcakes, and other more dense desserts fill other pastry cases. Did I mention that they have fresh ice cream from a local NC farm? There’s so much variety, and they have a set of stuffed croissants that rotate out every month and a set that rotate out every week. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.”

I was with Dr. Dare today, and he took time with me to go over my options in regards to a left shoulder surgery (he performed an extensive surgery on my right shoulder on October 31, 2022, which was quite successful and I am pleased with). Instead of being "quick with a scalpel", his suggestion was that we give injections a try first , as that treatment may be successful without having to do the surgery. “Dr. Gift and his staff have been instrumental in preserving our dogs vision after our little buddy suddenly suffered from lens luxation requiring emergency surgery. This all meanwhile helped us discover that he was also suffering from glaucoma and had we not had this issue addressed, our dog of 6 years would have certainly suffered from blindness sooner or later. Our dog recovered from surgery and is doing well, his vision has recovered and the ocular pressures have decreased with routine medications - a cost that is well worth it as it preserves his quality of life and our comfort in knowing our dog is healthy and visual. “We had a few small field mice that found there way into our home. After finding the 3rd mouse in a week we called and they sent out on of their crew members, Tonya. She helped us find where the mice were entering the home and help us seal the holes and pack them with steel wool. She climbed under our home to lay additional bait pellets and she was able to discover where they had been nesting. After she was done we settled up on payment and we have not seen any mice since she laid the traps and pellets. We will be calling this company if we ever need an exterminator in the future.”

The leasing staff was very understanding and helpful to address all of those things which put me at ease. Additionally, there were a few very minor things I needed maintenance to take care of upon moving in. When the leasing staff was informed, they promptly put in a maintenance work order for those items to be addressed. Its been a very pleasant experience so far, and the neighborhood is also in a very convenient location as well. Would definitely recommend!”

“I love this school so much all the teachers are amazing. A lot of people think some of the teachers are "mean" but they are just trying to their job and make sure you stay safe. There is some bullying but they're just trying to get a rise out of you, and besides, what school doesn't have a couple of mean kids that tease people. All of the people who say this school is terrible are just people who don't want to be here. They have great electives. Great teachers. And awesome learning opportunities. They have jobshadowing for all grades and I know kids who have gone with vets and engineers for the day and they loved it. I would reccomend this for years!!!”

I liked the stuffed french toast crepe which I ordered stuffed with banana and strawberry - dessert for breakfast ;) I don't love the waffles with bacon and eggs cooked in so I don't order that, but my partner did. It's a small restaurant, seating inside is limited, but there's outdoor seating. Order at the counter type of place. There's parking in front of the restaurant and also all around since it's in a shopping center.”
