“Guardian Angel Thrift of Apex is a nice place for thrift shoppers. I’ve been here several times and bought some stuff, and it shows consistently on its cleanliness, presentation, and organization. The cashiers here are polite. Pricing is fair but there are items that are considered “cash only.” There are busy hour and there are not, especially in the mid afternoon.”

“We leased a home for several years in Durham, and Shanta and Corey from Carolina MaxRealty provided property management for the owner of the home. We are fairly easy-going renters, and try not to bother owners with simple fixes or minor complaints. However, in the few times we needed some help, Shanta and Corey were both very responsive. Their communication was top notch - emails, phone calls or texts, they were very quick to respond even at night or on the weekends. Most importantly, they had my back when the owner of the property wrongfully withheld a portion of my security deposit. After threatening the owner with legal action, Shanta and Corey reimbursed me for the remaining amount the owner was refusing to hand over, even though they had no legal obligation in this matter between the owner and I. I've enjoyed working with Shanta and Corey over the last few years, and wish them the best in their growing business.”

“Definitely recommend. I have been a client with them for a couple months. Any questions or concerns were taken seriously and answered until understood. I only encountered a problem ONCE with communication in the very beginning. Once I called to address my concern, the lady apologized and quickly handled the matter. Not a problem since. The staff are very proffessional, patient and informative, at least the people who would answer the phone because I did not have to go see them once so everything was handled by phone or e-mail. They will be the first one I will go for services again if needed.”

I placed a work order on Wednesday and with fabulous communication skills and team coordination they scheduled with tenant for Friday! When I came by the property to touch base Kyle was extremely helpful giving me an update in layman’s terms of what they’d found and what he had planned. He went above and beyond to trouble shoot the problem as well as fix items others had overlooked. I would call them for work at my own home, I will definitely use them again as a property manager!”

“Jeff is amazing... I like things simple and easy... super responsive to communications, more of a councilor than salesman. I am happy with the premiums I am paying, could I get cheaper? I am comfortable for the level of coverage I have for home and auto the answer is no! Every time I have gotten new quotes from other ‘leading brands’ they have beaten the annual premium but only by removing items from coverage when analyzing the small print.”

“Cash’s makes you realize what we have lost with the big box stores and the value of the small business. You walk in and there are two ladies sitting behind the counter with a lifetime of knowledge. Both are pleasant, sweet, and willing to help you find your problem without making you feel like an idiot. They are not just about selling parts, they are about selling you the RIGHT part that fixes your problem. I took them my dryer element and thermostats, and before she even looked at the parts she asked me what the dryer was doing. She then checked out all the parts with her multimeter and then told me these parts are good, so it had to be the timer. She had the timer I needed in stock and even went through the trouble of showing me a diagram on how to change it out and told me what part number to Google to get a video to help me when I get home. Just an all-around wonderful experience that truly demonstrates how customer service and small businesses should be run. I am overwhelmed with joy that there are people and businesses like this still in our area. 5 stars isn’t enough. Thank you Cash’s!!!!!!!”

This is a membership only gas station- the attendant on duty used her card to help us tank up on our trip forward into the storm in an effort to get home before the storm hit hard. She even calmed my frazzled behavior.”
