(Including Sunday!) I was easily able to communicate any changes or edits with her and she helped me in ensuring my graphic would look perfect in the end. These coozies came out looking better than I could have imagined. I got in contact with the owner with a design and 2 hours later I was given a reply with a design plan and prices. I needed them in a rush and she was able to get them to me before my boyfriend was going to the service. Excellent workmanship, excellent service, and excellent communication.
