TC's RV Service

Called Troy about a Dometic refrigerator not working. Within 30 minutes he diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and was on his way. I highly recommend him for RV repairs. Hope I don’t have any more problems, but if I do TC’s RV service is who I will call. Priced very reasonable.

Good quality work at a fair price. He was extremely flexible and able to fix our water heater and plumbing quickly for us. Was very kind and helpful.

A storm came along and removed our awning mostly. We filed with our insurance and contacted Troy, he was very prompt at accessing our situation and worked with the insurance company to get the repair going, after a long wait due to supply chain issues, the parts were delivered and Troy can out immediately and took care of the repairs. All is like new again, Thanks Troy.

Long story short, I had lost power and the heat index was 104. I live in my camper with 2 dogs. One is 17 with heart failure. Another company failed to show up or call back after promising to be there. At around 9pm I was blessed when Troy answered the phone. He sent someone right over. Tim was very respectful and had alot of patience. He found the problem but needed to get the part the next day to fix it. He came back and repaired as promised. They also ordered a another item I need repaired and will be back when it comes in. If it were possible I'd give them a 10.

I found TC’s RV service online and based on the excellent reviews, sent my horse trailer to him with the hopes of putting a bathroom inside the living quarters. Troy completed exceeded my expectations! I knew the level of expertise that was needed to take on this challenge and my trailer looks like it came straight off the lot. He was so personable, making sure that everything was going to be exactly what I had envisioned but honestly I couldn’t have imagined that it was going to turn out this nice. He was so quick on the turn around time, especially for the challenge that I gave him not to mention all of the extras I added on in the process. He really went above and beyond to make sure this trailer was going to be exactly what I needed and the price was out of this world - any other RV service would’ve been double what he quoted and that’s what he stuck to! I could continue to write a book about the professionalism, the kindness, and the job-well-done. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars, thank you for everything!
