The staff at DayMark are very attentive, I have had all good results from treatment. The ISOP program works! Chris knows how to help with being caring but at the same time, Stern! He is amazing. I have tried many treatments and only because of his knowledge and understanding, TODAY I am CLEAN! Thanks Chris! The receptionist is also kind at all times, hey..she gives out snacks. The doctors are also attentive and caring. If you need Any Recovery services this is definitely a great choice.
Daymark has been much more helpful than the Heart of the Ocean Jewel I foolishly lobbed overboard. In all seriousness, great counselors have been very willing to work with me and helped on my journey to sobriety. Courtney is so friendly when I walk in and her smiling face really brightens my day.
I have had a wonderful experience with Daymark. It may sound trivial, but the front desk always has snacks and water and Courtney is the most pleasant office person I have ever dealt with in my life. I worked with Chris in SAIOP and I really got a lot out treatment and I have stayed sober and am still engaged in outpatient counseling.
Very professional, understanding, and hardworking staff. I've been with them for months now and they have always went above and beyond to help me with my addiction.
My counselor, Chris Sapp, is highly attentive to detail and is always available to support me on my road to recovery. I couldn't ask for a better listener.
Thank you so much Chris Sapp,
Kind Regards Matthew Stevenson.
People love to whine, complain, and blame other people when they can’t manipulate things to go the way they want. These negative reviews look like a forum for that which isn’t fair. Daymark saved my life and the staff and clinicians there are wonderful. While coming to Daymark I had SAIOP with Max and Chris, I have worked with another counselor named Chris and with Cammie in the past, and all of them have been friendly, professional, and easily accessible. I have had success calling the mobile engagement team during emergencies, I have worked with at least 2 of the doctors, and I've had lots of interactions with the nurse and other staff members. It has never been unpleasant. Daymark isn't here to meet quotas or make money, they are simply here to help and everyone clearly cares about other people. The Yadkin office has been pleasant and better than many other companies and locations I have dealt with during my long mental health journey. Thank you for all that you do!
