I will be recommending YPT to anyone I know that may need physical therapy. The front desk staff were very polite, kind, and very helpful. The young lady who took my vitals and went over my reason for making an appointment with me was very patient with me. My appointment was with Dr. Kaleb Hill. I was very impressed with how he took time to hear my concerns and I never once felt rushed during the whole appointment. He took the time to try different types of therapy on my problem areas and communicated clearly about what he was doing and why. He happily answered my questions as well. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and easy to talk to.
