“After a branch Fell and ripped the powerline out of the side of our house (causing a fire at the meter) Scott with One Call showed up first thing the very next day made all the necessary repairs and went beyond that to upgrade our house to modern standards and code by bonding the gas line and installing new groundings, etc. He coordinated with the city and Duke Energy and was able to have power restored the following day as soon as the doors opened at the the city inspector’s office. After the job was finished they cleaned up and left without a trace. Very polite, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable. Highly recommended!”

I just need to get a written estimate, and the name of my unit. PLEASE. BEFORE EDIT: Called for an estimate on my fan issue for my central AC unit. Office staff professional, with just the right amount of down to earthness. Techniciann was knowledgeable, courteous, arrived early, the whole experience was seamless.
