The service electrician that came was extremely professional and what a courteous and polite young man who definitely knew what to look for and explained his findings. And, how he would repair back to working order. I am so pleased with his service. At the end he even took the time to go through all of my problem receptacles and gfics and microwave to show me that everything was in proper working order after the repairs were finished. I will definitely suggest too any of my friends and family and others that I come in contact with to give Power Master Electric a call for their electrical needs. You often hope you don't need an electrician in an emergency, Till You DO! Then you need someone you can trust to be fast, fair, and respectful to your needs. I got all three and I'm out of the bind I was in. I also found out they sale and install whole house Generac generators for residestial and commercial from conversation with the owners.......I think I will follow up as an upgrade for my family and home needs during posible power outages this winter. “We have used Michael and his team at Family Electric for a couple of house projects and we could not be happier! For our initial project, we were having several issues in our garage, either blowing fuses or having trouble with our garage door working after any power outage. Michael, Jason and Chris came out and installed a dedicated outlet for both the refrigerator in our garage as well as one for our garage door. They also installed new floodlights and fixed several issues with other exterior lights. They cleaned every light when finished and now everything is working great! For our next project, Michael and Jason came out to install canister lights in our bonus room. They installed 2 separate dimmer switches for each set of lights (one set on each side of the room) and it looks amazing! Michael is an excellent electrician and is quick to respond to any questions or needs. He and his team are professional, punctual and courteous. We will definitely use Family Electric for any future needs and highly recommend them!”

“Timely, knowledgeable, honest, fair, with a Charlotte presence for over 10 years. I will use and recommend Providence Electric for all my electrical needs large or small. They are fantastic! Prov Elec was our second call when we came home to 80% power outage. The first electrician said we had three choices ..1st 6k, 2nd 1.2k and 3rd temp fix for 450. Thomas came the next day. He looked at breaker panel and then the outside meter. He showed me where the 240 side of the meter had died and was a Duke Energy fix at no cost. He called Duke with me...who guaranteed they would be there that night. I paid Thomas the nominal service fee and 3 hours later Duke came to my home and full electricity was restored.”
