Pretty tired, forgive my grammar. I bought an item from this company through a gas station of all places. It was already used but repackaged. Not thinking, and dealing with a heart broken kiddo I called and left a nasty voicemail. Not my usual MO but I was pretty hurt as well (not an excuse). I was immediately called the next morning by a lady named Jodie. Wonderful and caring voice, calm sympathetic. Apologized for something that wasn't their fault and even offered to replace it anyway. Humbling in this world we live in I must say. I'm sorry for my voicemail and your a true angel for dealing with me the way you did. Much love and respect Mrs Jodie. Bendon your HR did a wonderful job picking this employee, please give her an actual hug from my son. Thank you again ❤️

All I can see WOW! This company has outdone themselves! My daughter had received a mess free finger paint book. Well not thinking I dodnt put anything under her at our table while she was laying with it. A little of the finger "paint " got in my kitchen table and took the coloring off! I wrote the company explaining what happened and they sent my daughter a huge box of their products! I never expected that but we are so grateful and thankful!
