I was very happy with the service they kept me in the loop and the workmanship of the repair was perfect. My car is a 100 year celebration so the paint is customer for that car they matched it perfectly.
I had insurance work done from hitting a deer. The work was done satisfactory and completed earlier than expected. My truck was cleaned inside and out and I appreciated getting calls to update me with the progress. I would go back to them with any more issues.
Great friendly staff..
Glad to collaborate to get parts that were on back order.
Thanks for keeping us in the loop!
Kevin thanks for waiting after hours to get car!
Taynaya thanks for explaining the process.
Summer thanks for being so positive on the phone!
Elizabeth- thanks for helping! Filling in the gaps! Glad you are at a company that rocks! Was good seeing you at Bill Harris as well.
I actually hit my second deer
I was able to drive my car to the shop and they immediately set me up for repair and had me in and out in the time frame promised.
All service personnel were extremely courteous
The repair look great
But I am a little bit “deer shy” right now seeking to see and take appropriate measures BEFORE I hit another deer.

My husband and I were traveling to New York to visit family and hit a deer in Ohio. Our car was towed to Caliber Collision for repair. Elizabeth called us with updates frequently and since I live in Indiana I appreciated not having to worry about my car. The work was excellent. I am very very pleased with the communication and skills at this location. I would definitely recommend them to everyone that needs any work done. Not to mention, they finished a week earlier than expected.
