University Hospital

I had a colonoscopy this morning, and the treatment was fantastic. Everyone including the front desk receptionist (sorry, I can't remember your name), the nurses--Anna, Kim, Chris, and Marsha--and Dr. Sippey were all pleasant and helpful and attentive. The facility was comfortable, and the medication helped to relax me but not completely knock me out so I was able to follow what was happening and ask questions and watch the monitor. I was given a tasty snack afterwards and plenty of time to rest in the recovery room before dressing to go home. This was the third colonoscopy I have had by three different practitioners, and it was the best one yet. I highly recommend Dr. Sippey and the ladies in the Endoscopy Clinic.

Everyone at UH Ashland. From the ER staff, to the housekeepers, was friendly, professional, and efficient. From Jay in ER, y primary nurses Mary, Rae, and Leslie, Mallory my student nurse, and Jessica with housekeeping, I had a great stay ( If any hospital stay can be called great) at IH Ashland. Yet though at times the nurses seemed understaffed, they remained upbeat and attentive, and generally cared about my well-being.
