Great Service! I am so thankful that I found a pool store that could really help me with my in ground pool. I was clueless on what I needed to do. I was ready to give up. Because of all their help I have been able to enjoy my pool for the last seven years. Thank you for all the help. You have been great.

They really deserve 6 out of 5 but will have to settle for 5 since that's all the more Google will allow. I've been going to a different pool supply store for many years now because of its location near mansfield but the service there finally sent me over the edge to find another pool supply store. Man, I should really stop by and thank them because without their terrible service, I never would've looked up Family Pools and Spas. From my first phone call to them to my first visit to the store, their service and knowledge has been impeccable! They're a true family run business and actually care about the condition and quality of their customers pools. No more of the "I'm here for a paycheck" mentality I found all too often at the other store! I have to drive considerably further for my pool supplies now, but its so worth it! Thanks, Family Pools and Spas, for reminding me of what it looks like when you have a vested interest in your business. Keep up the great work and I'll see you in the spring with my water sample when we open up our pool!

Let me say this before I start, if you think you know what you’re doing with your chemicals and comfort, you may wanna consider getting your water tested.

This place offers free water testing and shows you what you need to do to correct any issues. I originally only wanted to get the water corrected so my husband could use the hot tub without concerns for his health. Green water is yucky!

I visited 2 times for testing and left with a new understanding of how to balance my spa, a step to make my entry easy and a really cool patio heater that makes cool weather tolerable!!! I’m actually using the hot tub now WITH my husband and I’ll continue through the winter because of this neat heater. My doggos love it to! It puts out enough heat to keep me warm when getting out of the tub and walking to the door. I actually think it did TOO good of a job and we had to turn it down to low last night.

The staff are friendly, patient and know their stuff!

I had Ashland Pool and Spas install my pool. They failed miserably in the customer service department!!! I googled additional pool companies in my area and found Family Pools and Spas. They took care of all my needs (on location and off location). Made me a believer in companies wanting to provide a high level of service again. I highly recommend this company. As you can see from the pics, they taught me how to clean and maintain the water balance.
