“The crew worked long and hard on prepping my poor old house for its final illustrious paint job. I had seen KandS, Jamie's crew's work, around the historical district in Ashland. I like every house he has done. They are all unique and pretty. He gave me a fair price estimate and a friendly, detailed description of the job. The crew started with scraping and blasting, and scraping some more. There are various challenging detailed spots here and there on my house. 75% of the soffits and siding shingles were crumbling and deteriorating. They labored long and hard to make them as smooth and nice as possible. They made sure to conserve the original character, and it has been a long time coming. That's one of the things I like about Jamie. He appreciates unique old houses that deserve to be restored. Jamie was patient with my color change choices, and accommodated my changing moods. The crew was very polite and respectful to me, they did little extras that I requested. My house is so pretty! It's a lovely, lively rejuvenated and revived old antique house that needed love and care and attention. I'm pretty happy!”
