I have bought two tractors from Ken a great person to deal with. I'm getting ready to up grade I will buy from hear the rest of my life.
I purchased my Kubota L2501 from Prenger in April '22. The process couldn't have been any smoother. I from about an hour or so away as they had the setup I was looking for on hand. Ken was great to deal with over email and first as well as in person when completing the purchase. He had the unit ready to go when we arrived and reviewed all the features with us. After some quick and painless paperwork, he helped us get everything loaded up and we were on our way. We even received a nice box of cookies, unexpectedly from the Prenger team a few weeks after the purchase as a 'thank you', which was very nice. I would definitely recommend Prenger if you are in the market for some new equipment. I'm not sure you will find better service and an easier process, so it's worth a drive if they have what you need, but aren't local. A great small town local business, which are becoming tougher and tougher to find.
cory in service did a super job coming to my house and getting my snowblower operational. Tried givng him a tip and he said, oh no moy company takes good care of me. he is an asset
I took my Honda snow blower in for a warranty repair. The chute would not rotate. Here they found a stone in the gears which clearly was my fault. I insisted to pay them for there time but they refused payment. Great service. Buy Local ! !
These guys are great to deal with. A few phone calls and emails and I had the best price around for my tractor setup. I drove 2+ hours out of my way to pick it up and the dealer was prepared, gave me an excellent run down of the machine and helped me load it up. Their level of customer service displayed just via phone made the decision on using them vs the dealer 20 minutes away easy and I'm glad I did so. I hope to not need service in the future, but should I - I will gladly put in the extra time to know that I'm in good hands.
