Fantastic customer service. He was about to tow my vehicle, but actually went through the trouble of conducting diagnostics AND fixing the issue when he realized what was wrong with it. On top of that he cut the cost to just the call fee.

Best towing company we’ve ever used. The driver was very professional and friendly. He communicated with us very well and was on time. We wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Everyone noticed how kind he was.

The driver was very pleasant and courteous. He arrived earlier than expected (yay!) and asked several questions about what the van was/was not doing. I couldn't recall the garage name when he asked where it was going to. He was knowledgeable of garages in the area and started naming them off. I recognized the name when he said it. I would highly recommend Zach's Towing and Service to anyone.
