Highly recommended! The quality of work was excellent and the customer service was fantastic. When you need body work on your vehicle, it’s usually due to an upsetting circumstance that you know is going to cost money you didn’t plan to spend. This team helped us through it and provided such great customer service along the way. We will definitely come back to this location if/when life hands us our next need.

Took my car to Mt Orab Carstar for a hefty repair and they went above and beyond! Sarah and Kenny are WONDERFUL, such a trusting, family vibe as soon as I walked in! Sarah kept in touch with me the entire time through the beginning of my claim, everything in between calling with updates, and was very accommodating with my personal schedule! Did an amazing job on my car in a timely matter, will definitely be returning to them for any other repairs (despite living over an hour away) They deserve the business and they were amazing!

A few months back, my wife hit a deer causing roughly 13k in damage. Carstar Mt Orab did an exceptional job with the repair and handling of the insurance claim. So when I had a small accident in my driveway in my car, there was only one place I wanted to do the repairs. Thanks again for getting me in so fast!

STOP searching, as CarStar of Mount Orab is the place for you. My wife had a minor run in with a wild animal, and did more damage than we originally thought. Sarah & Kenny, worked with us every step of the way, making the process a lot less stressful, between appointments that fit into our busy schedules, scheduling a rental car for us, and most importantly taking great care and pride into the work they did. Our vehicle looked as beautiful as it did the day we bought it. Not only did they repaired it, they also did a complete detail on the exterior and interior of it.
