(October 25, 2020, 10:36 pm)Just finished our install yesterday and couldn't be happier. Danny and his coworker did an excellent job, I've searched and searched for a seam and have yet to find one. Everyone was great, from the ladies in the office, to the owner, to the install guys, just a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Love my carpet! Y'all rock!

(March 22, 2020, 11:45 pm)Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. I began purchasing my floors from them years ago and I will never buy from anyone else! Ron, the owner, is so knowledgeable and reasonable. This is a good family owned business and I recommend them to anyone.

Bob, the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy about upgrading to higher priced carpet when I chose something on the low end. Once I weighed my options though, I decided to go with something more expensive with Bob's guidance. I was on the fence about the increase, even though it was better than what I had originally picked out. So Bob offered to upgrade to the carpet I wanted at no extra cost! They even threw in thicker padding for free. The installers were very nice, and worked fast, and did a great job installing. HOWEVER, there was an issue: the installers scrapped off the paint and plaster from several spots on every corner in the room they installed. I called to complain, and the owner, Dan, came out personally to inspect the damage and acknowledge the issue... and even though I DID sign the waiver that says minor damage can occur, he still offered to rectify it. Because of his willingness to satisfy me, I only asked for the price of a can of paint to fix the damage, which was pretty minor. Cannot say enough good things about Carpet Discounters.. Great customer service, great pricing, great installers, and these people have integrity! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
