“The Doctors an RN's I have worked with have been great. Scheduling with the MyChart app, is on one hand convenient for non critical issues. It's very rigid when you are dealing with a time sensitive issue. The MyChart 10 minute late window is very unforgiving. Show up early. I wish they kept a half hour at the end of the day for make up appointments or if they get running late. Unless it has changed, if you need an appointment right away because you have the flu or sudden pain you have a better chance getting into an urgent care. I miss being able to see your regular physician for those issues.”

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Kevin Hartman and he was very thorough ... he reviewed my history and I gave him details of the past surgeries and other pertinent facts. He even asked me if there was anything I wanted to ask that was not part of the new patient forms from Mercy Health. I chose Dr. Hartman as my primary care physician, since we recently moved to southern Ohio. He answered all questions and put me at ease as a new patient. His medical assistant, Allison, also did a great job with the vitals and confirming my history and prescription(s). I plan to setup an annual physical with Dr. Hartman and I highly recommend him.”
