The employees were all friendly and offered to help. The prices were standard compared to similar stores. Lots of fun tech to look at.

Wyatt hooked it up with an amazing new Chromebook that I absolutely ADORE! :) Ask about the open box deals. I'm extremely happy with my open box Asus Chromebook. It was like 150 cheaper than getting it brand new. All of the open box stuff goes through geek squad to make sure it's all legit. 10/10 love best buy!

We were looking to get our son The Meta quest 2 and everyone else was out. Luckily we got to Best buy and they had some in stock when others did not. The line was long and they were short handed at the register however an employer reporting to work to start his shift jumped on a register and helped speed up the process. I was impressed that he handled it well and was very friendly even when rushed into action. Thank you and Merry Christmas Best Buy!

I want to say how pleased I was with the 5 star customer service I obtained from Joan, the store manager. She was so helpful and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the situation. Very nice and pleasant to work with. Furthermore, she has helped to make the store more organized, aesthetically pleasing and roomy for the customers.
Also want to give a shout out to Tom, in the tv department, who really know his stuff and was very helpful!
I plan to continue my electronic purchases at this store.
