(August 7, 2021, 7:35 am)Our family enjoys hiking the Cascades trail with it's "swinging" (kind of) bridge and the Pumpkin Vine Trail. Both are just under a mile and the perfect length for our two-year old. Picnics by the canal are great and the main playground has a fire pole with a descending platform attached, which i haven't seen at any other playground.

(July 12, 2021, 9:13 pm)It was a very large park several play areas, shelters, picnic tables grills. Plenty of places to fish on river, and hiking trails. Very nice, well kept, big park.

(June 4, 2021, 2:09 pm)I love walking the Pond Trail and the Suspension Bridge Trail but if hiking in the woods or doing a steep hill or two is not your thing, there is a walking/bike paved trail that goes on for over 9 miles. Great picnic areas and playgrounds also.
