Outstanding service. Extremely aware of unexpected details that made it such a wonderful experience for our family. The ease of downloading pictures for a video, the guest book and brochure, even a business card. The music was just perfect, it was exactly what we asked for. The luncheon following was just perfect also. Thank you all. Mother would have been pleased.

Everyone was so helpful getting us through this process. The facility and the flower arrangements we're gorgeous, the DVD was touching, and my wife looked beautiful. They did a great job with everything. The total package. No stone left unturned. Very memorable. Highly recommend their services.

In regards to my experience on May 11 2018 at the Maplecrest location:

The facility was very clean, neat and welcoming. The main reception area was well decorated with plenty of seating. The staff were accommodating and parking was great; however,
there seemed to be a miscommunication between the director and myself about the length of the eulogy. Pastor and I agreed that it should be kept short i.e. a prayer, a short scripture since he only knew me, not my daughter, Teresa Mason, the deceased. After I gave a short talk and thanked everyone for their love and support, the eulogy continued.
The guests seemed to be rather restless after approximately 30-40 minutes. Did there need to be a certain amount of time for the eulogy that Pastor and I wasn't aware of?
