They came when they said they would, they and their very professional team did everything they said they would, and finished our roof on schedule. Weller Roofing installed my roof and gutters for a reasonable price. The service was thorough and completed in a timely manner. The company went out of the way to make sure the job was to my satisfaction from removing an old antenna and satellite at no extra charge to replacing my chimney topper that had been missing for years. I couldn't be happier with my new roof and gutter system.

Our organization was in urgent need of a complete roof replacement. Our building is an historical landmark and the original tar and gravel roof was a complete mess. I contacted 5 different roofing companies for quotes and Chris Weller spent hours with me walking through the job requirements and even more importantly what was NOT needed. He also bent over backwards helping us navigate the intricacies of getting engineering evaluations and city building department authorizations. Weller went above and beyond in getting our project pushed through. When it came time to actually begin demolition and replacement, Wellers's crew was efficient, professional and overall outstanding. They actually did a couple other things that weren't part of the original bid but were "just the right thing to do" to ensure the job was quality above all else at no additional cost. And they left our property cleaner than when they arrived! In my career as a Plant Engineer, I've been involved with several industrial sized roof replacement projects and I can safely say Weller Roofing was the best company I've ever dealt with. You cannot go wrong with these guys! 5 star all the way!!!

I've used Weller Roofing for the past 4 years. Chris, his father John and their entire staff have been transparent, honest and hard working throughout the process from quotation to installation. They don't "create" add-on work, or unnecessary work to inflate the bill and add to their profit. What I've paid them has given me peace of mind and has been well worth the price.

I've now used them for 2 residential roofs, 1 garage roof, and one 5,000 square foot flat roof commercial roof replacement.

The following is an examples are how they've looked out for me;

On the commercial project, the existing roof and substructure of (insulation and/or Isoboard) needed to be removed an additional 8" inches from what they originally quoted me. This added nearly a day to their work plus more material. After discovering this, Chris and his father honored the original quote. Not only did they eat the extra labor and material costs, they could have easily covered over the problem area and no one would have known for some time.

I also asked them to inspect a main roof after they completed a garage roof installation. The main roof was over 30 feet high, with a decent amount of pitch so I could not get up to see it for myself. The roof is at least 20 years old and they could have easily said it needs to be replaced. Upon inspection, Chris told me that only flashing needed to be updated around the chimney.
