Oil change got done quick. Ricky was very courteous and professional. The waiting area was nice and clean too.
Ricky the GM of the ship is super helpful and clutch, I recommend people go here he always looks out for you, you can pull up and get free air anytime and if you need your car serviced you can get it with confidence
Great company. General manager helped me and my partner when our tire popped besides JiffyLube, he put our donut on for free. We are very grateful and appreciative!

The customer service at this store is awesome. I called because I needed some items that I was having trouble ordering online for curbside pickup. They found my items, let me pay over the phone and had them ready when we arrived curbside. All this done with an amazing, friendly attitude. Couldn’t ask for better service.
I did the review from the receipt info, but there was no place to give credit to specific store employees. I hope they will see this review because I could not edit the online survey. I was very impressed with the customer service that I received from the associates who helped me today--Shobah, Noah, and Olivia. The item I wanted to buy was not in stock, and Olivia checked to see if it was available in other area Staples. It was not, so she led me through the process of an online order and made sure it would be sent directly to my home. Noah was friendly and courteous with his help, and Shobah made sure that I got the extra discount that I would have gotten if I had ordered from my home computer. Thanks so much to these wonderful employees. I always encounter knowledgeable, courteous, helpful associates at this store.
