I recieved my title; as well as, my plates all under 30 minutes. I went on a Tuesday after lunch, it was a blessing. The fact that everyone was helpful to customers as well as among themsleves. I enjoyed this crew and love the newish location.
This is the 4th time I've used this particular branch of Ohio BMV. Two of the best things that Ohio has ever done was to put the BMV right next door to the County Clerk's Title Division office branch; lots of times in the same building and using texting to be able to check in!
Today was the first time that I've ever experienced a wait but it still wasn't for very long. The clerks seem to be personable and are extremely efficient at what they do. I'm sure there are times when things get really hectic. Even though they were very busy, they took time to make sure everything was done right.
I witnessed two very unselfish acts by employees today. First, was an elderly lady couldn't hear very well over the din of voices talking loudly. The clerk got close enough so that the elder lady could hear. She passed her vision test. Second, a clerk was talking to a man that was deaf but did not read sign language. She pulled her mask down so he could see her lips; he could "see" what she said.
This makes all the difference in the world to those of us that are hearing impaired!
Usually, BMV clerks are portrayed as slow, inefficient and somewhat lazy. That is an unfair assessment. They work hard at trying to make your visit to the BMV as pleasant as possible. I do not work there, so I don't have a dog in the race. This is an honest review of how I have been treated at this branch.
My experience was great. Very organized and efficient. The wait was short and I was pleased with the service.
Using the get in line before I left my house helped me get in and out fast. The agents worked fast to get people in and out.
It was good thanks to the new owner they have different line for different Services because some Services take longer than other and I think that speeds things up plus the check-in is easy it's even easier if you go online thanks to the ladies over there
