Ohio Living Mount Pleasant

We chose Ohio Living Mount Pleasant for my father in law when he needed skilled nursing care. The nurses and nurse managers were excellent to deal with every step of the way. Even when the message was not good news they delivered it in a very professional and caring way. This type of care and comfortable environment led us to move my mother in law into a beautiful cottage on Mount Pleasant's campus. Dealing with the loss of your spouse and the move to a new environment was tough, but Mount Pleasant offers so many activities that she has settled in quite well!

As a local pastor I had frequented this facility in the midst of the Pandemic. The staff we always as welcoming and accommodating as the State Health Department would allow them to be at the time. When I was called to leave the congregation I knew Mt. Pleasant as a great place in the community to be safe and healthy from my time there with congregants. I applied and was accepted as their chaplain over a year ago and in this year as restrictions have lessened and we have made sure to get rid of agency nurses who are not as invested in our residents, I have seen massive improvement in the care of residents especially in the skilled and memory units. You could not ask for a better team to have your back as you recover or continue to live your life in dignity and comfort.

My mom lived in the memory care assisted living at Ohio Living Mount Pleasant for 4 years before she passed. I am 100% happy with the care she recieved when she was there. The employees were so attentive, kind, and treated her like a family member, not just a patient. It is hard leaving a loved one in someone elses care, but I never worried about my mom when I was not with her. Mount Pleasant provided a great experience for our family and I am forever grateful for this place!

I am a current employee at the health care center in Ohio Living Mount Pleasant and, I could not ask for a better work environment. All of my coworkers are always eager to help and were very welcoming when I was hired on. I love being able to build a relationship with the residents and their family members here. Even if I am having a bad day it is always turned around either by a resident or a staff member. I truly cannot express how great it is to work for Mount Pleasant!

My father has been living at Ohio Living Mt Pleasant for years. The food and care were excellent when he was in the apartments.
He is now in Memory Care. Each time I visit, I see abundant evidence of the great care that he receives.
I live 12 hours away from him, but I thank God that he is at Ohio Living Mount Pleasant. Their care gives me peace of mind while living so far away.
