We are delighted with our new carpet. Every step of purchasing and installation was excellent. They have a wide selection of carpet texture and design. We found exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. The installation went like clockwork. The installers were personal and professional, moving all of our furniture, hauling away the old carpet, and making sure that the furniture was placed where I wanted. I highly recommend Rob and Floorcraft Inc to anyone and we are discussing our next project.

Thank you Floorcraft Inc. for a fabulous job on our carpet install. It certainly was a journey for me making a decision! Trish and Rob both provided valuable knowledge on what would be the best option for our basement floor. Initially, we thought LVP was the direction we would go, but the love of our Dog took us back to carpet. Many carpet samples later... I needed to have the carpet work with the slate floor in the kitchenette, tile in the full bath and wood steps that were being installed. Pattern or no pattern....so many thoughts. Rob was so kind to drop by with a new color board and just like that my decision was made.

The turnaround time from order to install was quick and easy. Kevin and Frank; the installers were on time for the job, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Having carpet with a design made the job just a bit more tricky, it would be difficult/impossible to find the seams if you had to.

I'm completely satisfied for a number of reasons.

4. Order to completion turnaround time, less than 2 weeks. Would have been less but we needed to finish painting.
