(March 31, 2020, 8:51 am)Michael and his crew were extremely helpful when my home was flooded in spring 2020. Not only did they work quickly and thoroughly, they also took time to answer any questions that I had about what they were doing. All members of the crew were polite and respectful to both me and my home/property. I hope the company is able to hire more crew, as they were stretched quite thin covering several jobs just in my neighborhood, and they worked very hard to support all of their customers. I hope to not have another disaster in my home but of so, I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

He explained in great detail what they would do & had the wet carpeting out that night before it had time to sit & do more damage. Had dryers going that night also. They did a great, fast job so we could start putting our condo back together. Highly recommend!
