Spaghetti-western done right! Bandanas Italian Eatery is truly a hidden gem in this small town. It's a family-owned and operated restaurant with a touch of authenticity that's hard to find.
Lulu, our server, made us feel right at home, and her sister's cheesecake, made from their grandmother's original Queens recipe, was a sweet delight that brought back memories of classic Italian desserts.
From their appetizers and side salads to their signature Cajun pasta dish and their house-made sweet tea, every bite was a burst of flavor and quality.
My only two critiques would be that the chairs/bench seating aren't the most comfortable and my husband's ravioli was a little lackluster, but those are just minor hiccups.
Ultimately, I'd recommend bringing your family and friends to enjoy a taste of the Old West mixed with the charm of authentic Italian cuisine. You're truly missing out if you don't give this place a try!
Everything was excellent! We had the special and goat cheese with crackers and balsamic on top. So damn good! Our service was excellent and the wine was delicious as well.
Amazing food and desserts. You cannot beat the concept or the bourbon selection. They even have an amazing after hours location in West Central Wine. Locally owned and operated businesses will always earn my dollar.
Enjoyed a wonderful dining experience. Food was awesome and the service was prompt and friendly.
My wife and I had the margherita pizza and lasagna and both were very good and there was plenty of both.
They have a very good wine selection and the Old Fashioned I enjoyed was perfectly blended.
The service was extraordinary, but what really surprised me was how genuine it felt. The staff seemed comfortable being themselves and it all just felt refreshingly authentic. The atmosphere was wildly confusing. The music was pop, the food was italian, the decorations were western, and the staff mostly dressed a bit alternative. I have no idea how, but it sort of worked?
The food itself was definitely not worth the price, but not in an unforgivable way. It wasn't great, but it was good enough. The drink selections were excellent though!
