Bavarian Woods Apartments

I just moved into my new home and I LOVE it! The maintenance men did a wonderful getting it ready for us to move into, and the office was nothing less than amazing!

Taylor and Laura are great! I have lived at Bavarian since 2014 and I have been so pleased with the customer service they have. They are so friendly, and will help in any way they can.

Enjoy living here very nice quiet place.
The lady’s in the office are very nice and helpful.
The maintenance men are very nice and speak every time they are on the grounds and see you.
Grounds are kept up very nice never see trash anywhere. Would recommend this place to anyone

I've lived at Bavarian Woods since March 2020 and it has been a pretty good experience. Management has put in a lot of effort in updating the buildings and the surrounding area. The road was also recently paved which is nice. Plenty of parking in the lots surrounding the apartments, and it feels like a pretty safe place to be. Don't get a lot of noise inside our apartment from others which is nice. Management is responsive too as is maintenance team and everyone is really nice. I wish there were washer and dryer hookups in the apartments and having a bigger gym would be nice but those are things that I can work around.
The pool is very clean and quite big. Overall its a good place to live.
