I was just along for the ride So to speak. I was paid to deliver some vehicles here. I spoke to the owner briefly, very nice man. Fair, honest, polite, straight forward. Shop was clean & organized. He had vehicles from West Chester & hamilton twp inside he was working on. Seemed very legit. Give him a call & give him a try.

It was a great experience working with Tri-State Public Safety Equipment. Eric was quick to respond and detailed in explaining all the details of our project. They were able to get us in quickly to decommission a former security vehicle, hold our equipment and then install the equipment along with new graphics onto a new security vehicle. The work was done to perfection. Highly satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

Very helpful and very informative on different style light bars and help me pick out the best light bar for the work I do and also explain to me if I ever had to return the light bar do to it Miss working they explained on how they will handle the situation

Top notch Customer Service! I ordered some Feniex Fusion visor and deck lights from TriState, but due to an undetermined “glitch”, the order never got sent to Feniex for production. When I reached out to TriState, their response was not only fast, but they quickly determined the error was on their part, and they put a rush on my order with Feniex to resolve the issue ASAP. Lights were received literally just days later, and I couldn’t be happier. Customer Service is everything, and TriState 100% earned my business going forward.
