Josh is like my personal "Jake" from State Farm! This bunch is always enthusiastic to assist me with all of my insurance needs! They are a breath of fresh air compared to most agencies, who are typically boring and not enthusiastic to help you! 5 stars for Rick Verst State Farm!

To Whom It May Concern,

I inquired from a co-worker, Alex Di Tullio, about which insurance company he was going through due to my current insurance company, AAA, raising the price $262 from last year. Knock on wood, I have not been in any accidents or have had any speeding tickets while I was w/this insurance company since late 2016 going into 2017.

I called State Farm today, December 15, 2022, & wanted to get a quote to see if your insurance company would be able to beat what I was currently paying for full coverage on 2 vehicles. I was pleasantly responded to by one of your employees, Ms. Brooke Weihl, on the phone.

Ms. Weihl was very professional & answered all of my questions along w/being very polite & sweet. It was honestly a breath of fresh air to be able to speak w/someone who was very polite & had great mannerisms. I would say she was like a diamond in the ruff due to not seeing such things along w/her pleasant demeanor in this day & age.

In the future if anyone asks who I have my insurance through, I will definitely refer them to your company, State Farm, & recommend them asking for Ms. Brooke Weihl & let them know that I had the pleasure of speaking to her along w/a great experience. If we had more people like her in this world, it would be a better place!

I have been a State Farm customer since I bought my first car many years ago, and have been with Rick Verst State Farm since moving to Oxford almost 10 years ago. I now have both car and homeowners insurance with them. I have always been satisfied with the services and advice I have received from the agents there. In particular, Natalie Byrd has been extremely helpful. She responds to my questions quickly, with kindness. I can always depend on her to take care of all of my insurance needs. She definitely goes above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need, when I need it! In addition, I have been very satisfied with the insurance rates and the app is easy to use and has saved me several times when I needed my insurance or vehicle information but was not in my car.
