TriHealth - McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital

Nobody likes to get stuck with a needle for blood tests and my doctor had ordered numerous tubes. I was really blessed today because Miss Tonenisha Cook was working. She usually never works a Saturday but she picked up this extra day. I’m not an easy stick and the time before this one, I was stuck 4 times before the gentleman gave up and passed me on to somebody else. I was dreading this visit with a McCullough-Hyde phlebotomist but today I requested someone else, not the gentleman that works there. He passed me on to Miss Tonenisha. I didn’t even feel her stick me with the needle. She was so caring and gentle. She made me feel very relaxed and helped me thru all those tubes until we were finished. She made sure I was feeling okay throughout the process. If there’s anyone reading this before your next blood test visit, I highly recommend Miss Tonenisha with her soft voice and caring attitude. A special thank you to her for an outstanding experience.

Wow they where amazing! I can't say enough good things about them. The staff are amazing and I felt very secure during my whole visit! I knew I was in good hands the moment we arrived 😊.

I suffer from GI issues, the staff was incredibly quick to respond to my abdominal pain, they were able to get an IV in (typically difficulton me, especially when I am dehydrated), they gave me medicine without side effects, fluids and a prescription was a huge help. Even after discharge there as an issue with my prescription and the ED doctor was available by phone and personally took care of the problem for me, ensuring that I received the correct medication and that it was covered under my insurance. Awesome treatment and care.

Bigger on the inside than it looks. Had a loved one staying here and the staff was so kind. Our car had a problem out front with our automatic door and one of the hospital maintenance men came to save the day. ♥️
