Got stranded on US-27 on my way to CVG airport. My car started to rattle whenever going over 40 mph. Popped auto repair into google to find this place.

Called them and explained my situation, and they said they’d be happy to take a look at it immediately.

Now I’m 19 years old and know nothing about cars, so I wouldn’t know if a shop was ripping me off.

I drove into the store, and one of the mechanics immediately got up from the desk and took the car for a spin. Came back 5 minutes later and asked if where I came from had a lot of snow on the ground (It did). He then cleaned out the tires and underneath the car, and took it for another spin. In the mean time I was allowed to use their staff bathroom.

He came back 5 minutes later to tell me that there was just a lot of snow in my tires and nothing is wrong with the car. All in all, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and made my flight with plenty of time to spare.

I tried to tip the mechanic but he refused. Did not pay a dime.

This location has friendly, honest mechanics providing great service. I’m lucky I broke down where I did. I recommend this location to everybody, even people like me that have zero experience with cars. Exceptional location with exceptional employees!
