(October 19, 2020, 9:07 am)Great company to do business with. Friendly and responsive staff, and many extras including identify theft, good driver rewards, home inventory tracker and more. My only complaint involves their recent update to the phone app, which I had been using as a great source of driving info, ID cards, and other uses. The new app is extremely slow to start up, and constantly freezes - possibly because it has way too many graphics and photos. After reinstalling it twice to no avail, I simply had to stop using it.
