Wasn't crazy about having to switch to new phone numbers, but after that they helped get everything set up, even found an extra deal that saved us $30 for the time being. They were straight in telling us that the program they found that saved us $30 would remain as long as there were funds for it. Definitely recommend.
(September 10, 2020, 4:42 am)Mr. Andrew was friendly and seemed compassionate to help customer's. His wife. Didn't seem as friendly but I think she was busy with other work stuff and got frustrated because she kept having to stop to help Mr. Andrew with my paperwork. Plus Mr. Andrew and I had a few issues with my other service I was switching from. The store was clean and I felt welcomed there. All my questions were answered and I didn't have to listen to a bunch of pitches about stuff I wasn't interested in.
(June 21, 2020, 7:46 pm)The staff has always been very helpful...my wife bought a new phone about a week ago..and i really needed to upgrade my phone.. stopped just before closing on Saturday to check on updating my phone I said if it's to late I'll return he said no and answered all my questions.i bought a new phone and case and glass screen protector and then he said I can set up and transfer everything to your new phone I was very happy they didn't try to rush the sale ..same great service as our first visit years ago..thank you
