I ❤️ Dr.Shanker & his staff❣️ I’ve had retainers made over the years from different dentist, but I must say the retainers that I have had made from Dr. Cassinelli & Dr. Shanker’s office are by far the best❣️ And they’re at a decent price❣️ The last ones I had made are a little over five years old and they’re just starting to look like they needed replaced so I just went ahead and had it done 😊 When I was 65 years old, my dentist told me I needed braces, sent me to Dr. Cassinelli and Dr. Shanker’s office in WestChester and they are the best❣️ Everyone is so professional and so nice 😊 They actually care about their patients 😊 They want the very best smile and boy that I get the very best❣️ I mostly worked with Dr. Shanker, but everybody is super 😄 Thank you for my beautiful smile 🥰

I was a new patient today and I have never had a better experience at any dentist or doctor like I had today. My appointment was on time, every person I met with was detailed and kind. The doctor was thorough and took the time to answer any questions. Everything they do here is efficient, detailed, and honest. I will absolutely refer this practice to anyone I know!

The consultant was very friendly, calm and a good listener. She addressed all our issues. Dr. Cassinelli also spend time to review all the options and clear all our doubts. Genuine and concerned. Highly recommend!!

We are thankful! We have four kids - 2 finally out of braces and 2 more to go. They are detailed and thorough, which can frustrate a teenager ;), but it’s worth the wait! One of our kids has special needs and they have been to great work with as we work through some of his more unique needs. Highly recommend!!
