had issues with all other truck shops in my area. started coming to midwest fleet, and now all my trucks go there. also you can't bet the price and turn around time! who ever told you you cant get good service for a good price and fast turn around has never been to MFS
I had a fork lift put a hole in my trailer floor.I needed an emergency repair done today. I called 20 places around the Cincinnati area and no one would help me. I called Midwest Fleet and the gentleman on the phone told me to bring it over and he would look at it. When my driver arrived they said they could fix it no problem. They fixed it in a good time frame and for a very reasonable amount of money. The job was done right and the people were great. I would recommend this company to everyone who needs professional services done right. Thank you Lori Schmucker The Owner of Jag Transit LLC
Had to have the wheel bearings and seal replaced. Called 20 minutes ahead to see if they can begin working on it right away, which they did. Overall this establishment demonstrates what professionalism is from top on down. Only negative is their coffee just isn't my cup of tea... get it?
I have nothing but good things to say about Mid-West fleet services. I dealt with Dave And Tim and an awesome mechanic who I'm sorry to say I cant remember his name, but he's a damn fine mechanic.
I took my 09 freightliner to get the DPF. cleaned and a radiator installed.
They came in under quoted price and had the truck done on time. excellent craftsmanship.
I highly recommend Mid-West fleet service.
If you have a Freightliner I strongly suggest you call these guys first
