Gettysburg Estates

I stopped in Gettysburg Estates to inquire about the homes in this community, I was greeted by Jorita Carr, she introduced me to her staff, Sarah, Sylvia and Adam. They all were very nice and happy to show me a few of the homes. Sarah and Adam took me around the community showing all the amenities the community had to offer. It truly is a beautiful place and very welcoming. Even a few of the residents stopped to talk to us and told me how much they loved living there. Its in the top 3 places I have inquired about.

After a few months living here i can say its been really good, and always got help from Sahra whenever i had an issue or concern.

My Family and I were displaced from our previous home when the landlord sold it without telling us and to say that Sarah went beyond and above everything to help us is an understatement. Sarah was truly wonderful and helped us in every way possible and made the transition easy the neighbors have greeted us And welcomed us my son has already made some wonderful friends here. We’re absolutely loving our new home. Thank you Sarah and also a big thank you to Jo and Adam, for all the help y’all are truly wonderful and great.

My husbands family has been in this park for 30 + years! I have personally been here 11 years.
Our neighbors are great!
we have seen the park go through MANY managers , but I believe the buck stops here with Jo and her team!
EVERY single time I have called, there has been an answer!
She goes above and beyond to get things done.
People need to remember she cannot instantly fix problems that have been around a long time! She is well aware of them and is doing everything in her power to get to the goal!
Progress takes time. She cares!
People can’t blame her for the problems that existed before she came.
Complaints about lot rent and prices of homes? The prices aren’t much better anyplace else !
At least our manager lives here and is present.
