I've been coming here for years because I love the optometrist Dr. Crawford. I had an appointment scheduled at 2pm and when I arrived there was a sign stating they were closed but would be back at 2pm. Had I known that they take a break from 1-2 I would have scheduled differently. I was hoping to fill out paperwork prior to the appointment time. Also, I went to the door two minutes prior to 2pm and juggled the handle just to see if it would open and I could hear some of the staff talking about me. When I went to pick out frames no help was given- no suggestions or friendly chit chat. I even helped another customer pick out frames because a staff member told her " I can't help you decide. You have to choose your frames since they're yours." I asked the lady what she was trying to accomplish and she wanted smaller frames. I told her that the ones she had were larger than her original pair and showed her how to look at the frames to determine if smaller. The lady who assisted me was pleasant and friendly, but I will note this office is requiring masks still and it can be hard to pick out frames with a mask on. I only get frames every 2 years or more but for those coming here looking for above and beyond customer service you might want to go elsewhere.

I had an appointment with Dr. Crawford on 8/5/22. I have had previous eye exams with other doctors and Dr. Crawford is definitely one of the best. He is very professional yet engaging. He is extremely thorough. He spent the time to explore my history and my current eye care. He identified several issues with my vision. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Crawford is VERY thorough with his exams. He spends time answering questions and explaining what he is doing. His staff is super sweet, helpful and knowledgable. I don't have ANY complaints about this office. My entire family use Dr. Crawford for their optometrist.
