Pam is awesome! I am from the Dayton area and stumbled upon this facility while searching for granite countertops after I had selected granite at another facility, which failed to tell me it was on hold for another customer. We stopped at Unique Concepts close to closing time. Pam never once rushed us as we tried to quickly look through the warehouse (knowing it was close to closing time). Even with us trying to hurry, we left after closing time and Pam was just as pleasant as when we arrived. She offered us coffee as it was a very cold day out. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The selection of granite at Unique Concepts is great! They had everything the other distributors in the area had, plus more, all under one roof. I went to SEVERAL distributors in the area. You can save a lot of time by just going here. I did not look at the other types of counter tops, so I can’t comment on those (marble etc). I ended up purchasing Chocolate Dream and I love it! Thank you Unique Concepts for everything!

Thanks to Pam Warner in the Cincinnati store for helping me move from confused to confident in my choice of granite for my kitchen remodel! Pam took the time to walk with me around the entire showroom and helped me evaluate my likes and dislikes as we compared my color palate to the different granites! She was patient and enjoyable to work with. Unique in Cincinnati has a great showroom for the granite, marble and quartzite slabs with more natural light available than most warehouses I saw. My long search for the granite for me has ended and I am on my way to beautiful tops for my new kitchen cabinets!

The stone selection and customer service here is unmatched by any other distributor in the city. You will not be disappointed if you decide to use Unique stone for your stone selection process. Showroom is well lite, clean and stone is easly visible as you walk through the showroom. Pam, Marc and Jarrod are very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire selection process and making a usually stressful process not only enjoyable but fun and easy. This place will be hands down the first place I will stop for any future stone needs.
