This challenge encourage you to lose weight in a healthy way, the coaches are amazing and motivate you in every step. Great food planning and awesome environment. I recommend it 100 present 👌💪💪
I’m a former elite athlete (NCAA Division I) who lost her way fitness wise after becoming a professional, wife, and mom. Like many women, I put everyone’s needs before my own and my health. I tried everything to reduce my weight: workouts, intermittent fasting, calorie deficit, weight-loss supplements. I saw small and immediate results, but no long term gains. I was constantly tired, burnt out, lacked good sleep, and did not feel good about myself. I saw a social media advertisement for Compel and it seemed to meet my needs. I was right and cannot say enough good things about the program and coaches! I’ve been with Compel for 8 months and not only is Compel helping me to reach my fitness goals, it is improving my life as a whole. I had an amazing experience during the 6 Week Challenge! The coaches were helpful and SO encouraging during every step. This challenge has made me want to keep progressing towards my long term health and fitness goal!
Great workouts! Variety each time that challenged you. You get out of it what you put into it. Great help on nutrition as well. I learned a lot about what I ate and the impact on me and what I do.
AMAZING CHALLENGE TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST!!!
I saw the ad on Facebook for the challenge and came in and met with Jen for an initial meeting to go over all of the details right before New Years.
After our initial meeting I was on the fence but I was convinced by my family to go for it.
I called Jen and signed up, followed the meal plan to a T, got my 3 Team workouts in each week and also worked out at least one extra day on my own, and lost 25.6 lbs during the 6 weeks.
I WON!!!!! Thank you to all of the trainers and members for being a part of my journey here and helping me start off 2022 in an amazing way!!!
