Super comfy bed! The room was so spacious, I got lost in the bathroom. But I didn't want to leave the bathroom anyway... The acoustics were perfect! I wish I brought my guitar. I could've had a flawless performance. I'm still here though. I'm requesting a late check out and going back to bed.
The staff was friendly and everything was clean.. the bed was very firm.. which I do not like. I prefer a medium firmness so I did not find it comfortable.
Clean and quiet. Spacious room, comfortable bed, big shower. It was a great place to stay.
Reserved a night from out of town for a wedding. The place was nice; good safety precautions in place for the pandemic. Pool was closed as part of the precautions. The room was clean, and the beds were confortable. If you think your room doesn't have a blow-dryer, look in the bag hanging on the bathroom door. It's an unexpected place, but that's where ours was. Room service is not currently allowed during the stay, but they'll bring additional items as needed. Staff was kind and helpful.
They cleaned up breakfast about thirty minutes early, which slightly hindered our exit/drive home schedule, because we had to make an extra stop. In the unexpected new rush to leave, I accidentally left my pillow and a charger behind. They didn't call to ask me about the items, but my fiancé called about 4 hours later once I realized. They offered to ship the items to us (for a small fee), and we received them via FedEx about 3-4 days later.
We travel a lot during the summer because my son plays travel baseball. So we see a lot of hotel rooms. When arriving we were greeted by a friendly face and were instantly satisfied with the cleanliness of the lobby area. I have to brag on the hotel cleaning staff though. In particular one staff member named Melissa (housekeeping manager I later found out). We met in the hallway and she asked about my sons team and wished us luck. This lady was nothing short of a ray of sunshine. Always smiling! During COVID I am sure that’s not easy to do. People aren’t always friendly. Great job Melissa! Thank you for taking such great care of us during our stay!
