Peaceful, professional, thorough, an all around wonderful experience. Diamond was patient, she took her time to find out EXACTLY what I wanted and delivered. My hair was a bit dry and my color was a bit harsh.....when I left my natural hair was soft, silky and my new color was gorgeous! My parting words were Thank you and I'll be back!

I called Diamond in a pinch after adding color to my hair at home and not sure if it was all washed out. She was able to get me in the next day.
