I really love Joann. She really listens and gives you hope. Ive been going there a year and am very happy with my care.

I go to the west Chester location. I can’t not say enough good things about my doctor Joanna Brown. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She is compassionate and truly cares about her patients. she takes her time and address any concerns you might have. She always bring a smile to my face. The front desk staff also are great!

Great, friendly, and caring facility! I have never met with a specialist as caring and sincere as JoAnn Brown. She is truly a gem! Thank God for people like her who isn't in it for the money and shows she truly wants to help!

This is the first time (as an adult) that I have gone to a doctor for my mental health. The first couple appointments were very nerve wrecking for me and I did not know what to expect. The office visits were very comforting, professional, and informative. I could tell early on they really wanted to help me figure out the root cause of my issues- and not just write prescriptions as trial and error. After my first 3 in office apts, I have now switched to telehealth video chat with Joann - and even through the screen she has really made me feel at ease and comfortable with my treatment plan. After a little while of building trust, I feel comfortable voicing my opinions/ concerns and asking questions pertaining to the medications and dosages. She is so sweet and personable and professional and I have full trust in her.

Taylor is amazing and so friendly. This is my favorite place. It is such a positive environment and a great place to find the balance needed for life. I can’t thank the staff enough, every one of them are amazing and deserve to know how appreciated they are. Happy to be here. Thank you so much!!!!
