As a BPM and Lean/Six-Sigma licensed professional (know...nerdy), I am typically hyper-analytical and appropriately critical (constructively) of processes or organizations where I see opportunities to develop and improve. The Parker team is one of those rare business entities that is operating at peak efficiency and effectiveness. Translation: I am baffled I can't find any opportunities to improve for The Parker Team. One literally can't go wrong with them!

They exceeded all of my expectations, which is frankly shocking. It has been years since a business professional has met this standard with me. Specifically, my property had 15+ offers within 3 days, all exceeding the asking price, and was successfully under contract by the 3rd of the 4th day. It successfully closed and yielded > $50,000 over my expectations. This is obviously related to the incredibly hot market in the area, but I am quite certain the process would not have proceeded nearly as smoothly if I had gone with a different team.

I have run out of superlatives for the Parker Team. This has been by an incredibly wide margin my best experience with a Real Estate Broker, which is saying something, as I have purchased or sold > 15 properties. The Parker Team sets the standard for professionalism, efficiency, effectiveness, and ultimately their ability to delight the customer.
