Voice of America MetroPark

VOA is a great place to bring kids to. It has playground equipment and rentable boats. The walking trail is great but doesn't have a lot of shade. The soccer fields are well set up with plenty of parking. There is also a dog park that seems pretty busy most times.

They loved the playground. The slide was described as "the biggest fastest slide ever!” by one enthusiastic 6 year old. The boats weren't out just yet (April 23), but looking forward to that in the summer. I also like the dog park here. It is well maintained and has a lot of space and separate sections for big and small dogs. A long paved path for walking (and I believe bicycling as well).
10/10 for local parks.

By far one of the BEST parks in Butler county! The lake is definitely a beautiful place to take a walk, the "hill mountain" is a nice stretch/warm up. I LOVE spending hours in this park. Not only for the beauty, but for all that it has to offer. I would most definitely recommend this park and you could spend all day here exploring! Lastly the sunsets here are spectacular!! 🌄🌅

I love this park! I walk here all of the time and there is quite a few things to do if you so choose! It is a well maintained park with a walking trail around the lake. There is a play area, fishing, lots of bird watching areas, a dog park, soccer fields, and more! I highly recommend visiting this park at least once!
