“Exceptional staff and quality of care across the board -- nurses, aids, PTs, and other therapists. Over the course of my dad's multi-month journey through the healthcare wringer, the only other setting in which I saw comparable levels of competency+compassion was the ICU. Excellent patient/family communication and highly engaged, accessible nursing leadership as well. I was lucky in that I was able to visit my dad a lot during his stay, so I also saw just a lot of interactions between patients and staff in general. There is clearly a culture of always doing the right thing for the patient even if "no one's looking," and the nurses, aids, and other staff are genuinely kind to patients experiencing memory loss or confusion.”

Our technician was Tom, who was definitely one of the friendliest and down to earth guys out there. Tom not only fixed the issue for a reasonable price, but he was also very knowledgable and took the time to explain our options along with the pros and cons of each.
